Michelle is an Exercise Physiologist and Level 2 Strength & Conditioning coach from the Northern Beaches. Michelle is a graduate of Sydney University with a bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science. She has gained clinical experience at various hospitals and medical centres as well as sports performance experience with the NSW Institute of Sport, the Bulldogs NRL and the UK Saracens Rugby team. Michelle’s studies continue with having completed several Corrective and High Performance Exercise internships, Nutrition and Lifestyle certifications and FMA (Science & Practice of Strength & Power Development) for a unique training experience.

Michelle has over 22yrs of experience in dance including full-time study and teaching. She is a former competitive triathlete and currently enjoys surfing, brazilian jiu jitsu, sprinting and stretching. Michelle is a regular contributor for Nine MSN Online, Australian MMA website, Women’s Health, Ultra-FIT, Oxygen, Fitness First and Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Magazines.

Michelle’s approach combines exercise physiology and science with traditional strength conditioning and mind-body integration.
